Aloha! My name is Lisa Stinson and I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University. I am currently enrolled in the Event Management program at Algonquin College to pursue my passion for planning events and expand my knowledge within the industry. After this program, I am interested in going into corporate events with the hopes of one day starting my own business.

Aloha! My name is Sukhee Chae from South Korea and it has been 4 months since I came to Ottawa. My background is in translation and business administration. I enrolled in this Event Management program because events give me the opportunity to work with different people from different fields. After graduating, I would like to work for corporate events and conferences. I look forward to hosting our Lei’d Back Luau Wish Event and I guarantee that our team will provide you with a fabulous authentic Hawaiian Luau experience this summer! 

Aloha! My name is Amanda Devaney and I have a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Communication Studies from Carleton University. I enrolled in the Event Management program at Algonquin College because I have always had a passion for planning events. After I graduate from this program, I intend to accumulate as many passport stamps as possible all the while planning events worldwide! 

Aloha! My name is Julia Scaringi and I have a Business Marketing diploma from Algonquin College. Always knowing I wanted to pursue a career in events, I enrolled in the Event Management program at Algonquin College and I’ve been loving every minute of it since! I am interested in working in festivals, galas and weddings worldwide after I graduate from this program.
